It is considered one of the most important sports halls in Annaba. It includes numerous facilities and service equipment, ranging from the reception area and medical clinic to small training rooms for various combat sports disciplines.
It is worth noting that it was inaugurated on the occasion of Independence and Youth Day in 2023, and has already hosted several national and international competitions in Karate, Judo, and Indoor Rowing.
During the first edition of the African School Games in 2025, this hall will host the Greco-Roman Wrestling and Judo competitions.
